Parts of Delhi and Noida faced severe waterlogging on Tuesday morning due to heavy early-hour rainfall, causing massive traffic disruptions and significant delays for commuters. Prominent areas like the Ashram Bridge, Minto Road, Patel Chowk and the New Delhi railway station were particularly affected.
