Online Passport Seva Portal Shut: The Passport Seva Portal will be unavailable for the next five days, beginning today, August 29. According to a notice on the official website, the Passport Seva Portal will undergo technical maintenance starting from 8:00 PM IST on August 29, 2024, and will remain offline until 6:00 AM IST on September 2, 2024.

During this time, the system will be inaccessible to citizens and all related authorities, including MEA, RPO, BOI, ISP, DoP, and police departments.

The appointments which were scheduled for August 30, 2024, will now be rescheduled, and the applicants will receive updated information accordingly.
