Ducati Multistrada V4 RS: Powertrain specs
Multistrada V4 RS is produced in a numbered series and gets the same Desmosedici Stradale engine, derived from that of the Panigale V4. Notably, the V4 RS is the sole Multistrada to derive power from a robust 1,103cc V4 engine which dishes out 180bhp at 12,250rpm and a peak torque of 118 Nm at 9,500rpm, making it the most powerful motorcycle in its class.
The Desmosedici Stradale engine in the new Multistrada V4 RS outclasses the Granturismo V4 mill in the outgoing Multistrada 765 by 11 bhp while trailing by 7 Nm. This motor is paired with a 6-speed gearbox sending power to the rear wheels and enhanced by Ducati’s STM Evo-SBK dry clutch with slip and assist, as well as a standard bi-directional quickshifter.
Ducati Multistrada V4 RS: Hardware specs
The new Multistrada V4 RS is built on the proven aluminium monocoque main frame, but the Bologna-based superbike brand has introduced a lightweight titanium rear subframe for the road-biased super tourer, achieving a weight reduction of 2.5 kg compared to the standard Multistrada V4 and 3 kg when compared to the Multistrada V4 Pikes Peak.
The chassis is further enhanced by a premium suspension system from Ohlins, featuring fully adjustable front forks with titanium nitride treatment and a rear monoshock. Braking performance is also elevated, with 330mm dual front discs and a 265mm single rear disc, supported by advanced dual-channel ABS. Furthermore, the Multistrada V4 RS boasts 17-inch forged Marchesini alloys, paired with high-performance Pirelli Diablo Rosso IV Corsa tyres, rounding out its impressive specification.

The Multistrada V4 RS boasts an extensive array of features including a wide range of electronic aids such as four power modes (Full, High, Medium, and Low) and four ride modes (Race, Sport, Touring, and Urban), as well as sophisticated systems such as traction control, wheelie control, cornering ABS, and engine braking control.
Furthermore, the bike offers a variety of convenience features, including hill-hold control, radar-assisted adaptive cruise control, and blind spot detection. The Multistrada V4 RS’s technological advancements are also showcased in its 6.5-inch TFT instrument cluster, which features navigation, screen mirroring, and exclusive RS graphics. Notably, the bike’s headlight is equipped with a cornering function, significantly enhancing visibility and safety during turns.
